One sunny morning, Tunga was born,
Elephant moms and kids filled with glee,
A new baby was joining the family
Tunga's mom, proud as can be, .
Showed off her baby, for all to see, .
The jungle filled with laughter and glee, .
Little did Tunga know, .
it was because of his long, twisty spree.
Baby elephants, too, joined in the cheer,
Seeing Tunga's long trunk, they sneered,
Thought he might stumble and veer,
But Tunga surprised them, that much was clear.
He swiftly stood up, tall and near,
With his long trunk, he made it clear,
Hugs for everyone, spreading good cheer.
Off to the forest, Tunga took flight,
Grabbing fresh leaves and fruits, all so bright,
With his long trunk, he reached the height,
Other baby elephants watched in delight.
They had hoped for a snack, a piece of sweet pie,
Mothers were late, fruits were too high.
But Tunga's kindness set things right,
Bringing each of them a delicious bite.
Tunga smiled wide, no grudge inside,
Sharing with brothers and sisters such a delight.

One sunny morning, Tunga was born. The elephants were in an uproar
because there was a new baby joining the herd.
Tanga, his mother, showed him off proudly,
and the jungle filled with roars of laughter. Tunga thought they were laughing with joy—
he never imagined they were laughing at his long trunk.
The baby elephants also laughed, imagining that he would hardly be able to walk with such a long trunk.
Everyone was surprised
when Tunga nimbly stood up,
hugging everyone with his long trunk.
He then ran into the forest,
picking fresh fruits and leaves.
With his long trunk, he easily pulled them down.
The other baby elephants stared at him in awe, as they patiently waited
for their moms to give them a bite to eat.
They looked at Tunga sadly for having made fun of him.
Tunga smiled happily, and leaving what had happened in the past,
he picked fresh fruits and leaves
for each of his siblings.
